Evie is a loving cat who came into our care as her previous owners could not keep her.
Evie has been very well cared for untill a few months ago she started to wonder and was being fed by somebody else. During this time Evie came home less and less, the owners think she must have sufford a traumatic experience. This left her scared and wary. When her owners tracked her down it was decided for Evies’s health and the best interests in her welfare to re home her. This is not a decsion that has been taken lightly.
Whoever takes on Evie must be able to give her the time and patience she will need to be able to learn to trust again. Evie has always been independant and haets having her back stroked but if you fuss her round her face she will be your best frined. Evie is chatty and loved her food ( maybe a little too much so you will need to watch her weight). If Evie was to tell you the type of home she would like she would say. A home with a large garden, maybe in the countryside, no other pets or children. Somebody home for part of the day and has the time to give her the attention she needs.
We do not re home to families living near a busy road or railwayline. Evie wont be ready for rehoming for about 2 weeks as she needs her vaccinations.
